The ED Puzzle was a great introduction to the Moreland teaching platform, including its goals and pointers to some of the most important elements of the TEACH-NOW website including:
- where the Course Catalog and Candidate Handbook can be found (Activity Resources and Library)
- the goal and purposes of Moreland University
- the attendance policy of the program, and how to handle a missed class
- the grading policy
- how to access the cohort’s Google Drive (from the Google Drive icon on the Learn page)
- the Home page and the course outline, and the importance of Modules 7 and 8, the student teaching portion of the program
The InTASC Standards outline what teachers should know and be able to do to ensure that every K–12 student reaches the goal of being ready to enter college or the workforce in today’s world.
