Every source cited anywhere in this portfolio, gathered into one list. Each page keeps its own reference list — that is where APA puts it, and it is what prints with the page — but the entries themselves are written once, in a single file, so a correction lands everywhere at once. This page is that file, read out.
The line under each entry says which pages cite it.
On the letters. APA adds an a / b / c to works by the same author in the same year, so a reader can tell which one a citation points at. The letter belongs to the list, not to the work: a source is n.d. on a page where it stands alone and n.d.-b here, where two others share its author and year. Both are correct, and each page’s own list is the one its in-text citations match.
